1. Promoter
The promoter is 1PoundWins Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are excluded.
By entering, entrants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Entry
Entry costs £1 per ticket, unless otherwise stated.
Multiple entries are permitted.
A free entry route is available and detailed on the Free Entry page.
All valid entries, paid or free, are treated equally.

4. Competition Mechanics & Winner Selection
All competitions are operated as skill-based competitions.
Winners are selected at random from all valid entries.
Winners will be contacted directly using the contact details provided.
The Promoter does not conduct live draws.
It is the entrant’s sole responsibility to ensure contact details are accurate.

5. Prize Threshold & Cash Alternative
5.1 Prize Threshold
Each competition is subject to a minimum sales threshold of 60% of available tickets sold.
Where 60% or more of tickets are sold, the full advertised prize will be awarded.

5.2 Cash Alternative (Threshold Not Met)
If the 60% threshold is not achieved, the winner will receive a cash alternative instead of the advertised prize.
The cash alternative is calculated as follows:
The winner will receive 50% of total ticket sales for that competition.
A minimum cash alternative of £50 applies in all cases.
Examples (for clarity only):
1,000 tickets sold → £500 cash alternative
200 tickets sold → £100 cash alternative
Fewer than 100 tickets sold → £50 minimum guaranteed

6. Guaranteed Minimum Prize
If a competition sells fewer than 100 tickets, the winner will receive a guaranteed £50 cash prize, regardless of total sales.
This minimum applies to all competitions.

7. Prizes
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
No cash alternative is available unless the prize threshold is not met, as outlined above.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if required.

8. Winner Verification & Delivery
Winners may be required to provide proof of identity.
Prizes will be issued within a reasonable timeframe following verification.
Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe may result in forfeiture.

9. Refunds
All entries are final and non-refundable.
This applies to paid and free entries.

10. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues.
The Promoter accepts no liability for incorrect or incomplete information supplied by entrants.

11. Data Protection
Personal data is used solely for the administration of competitions.
Data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required.

12. Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

13. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel competitions where necessary.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
